        The Wind Program is meant to partner with industry to maximising the,efficiency,effectiveness,and stability of the wind energy Tech together with minimize the cost per input.
           A lot of selfless effort has been put in place to increasing the average capacity factor (a measure of power plant productivity) from 22% for wind turbines installed before 1998 to an average of 33% today, up from 30% in 2000,of course this credit goes to the programs researchers.
     

   Considerably to the fact that the basis for the partnership is to minimize both input and output cost,Wind energy costs have been reduced from over 55 cents (current dollars) per kilowatt-hour (kWh) by 1980 to an average of 2.35 cents in the Units.
          The main and highly indisputable goal is to ensure the stability of the Wind energy as well as having a logic build-up to ameliorate on past and current successes in the industry.
